Welcome to CrossFit Lake Worth! We offer a group fitness program that helps individuals achieve their fitness goals through constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Our program is scalable, and perfect for any committed individual, regardless of experience or fitness level. We scale load and intensity; we do not change the program.

The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable, and repeatable results. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and effectively combine the most effective training methods of Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Metabolic Conditioning. Our goal is to maximize the amount of work done in the shortest amount of time. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

ON RAMP


NEW TO CROSSFIT?

ON RAMP


NEW TO CROSSFIT?

We require all new members to attend our On-Ramp course for your safety as you transition into CrossFit. The On-Ramp consists of 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our CrossFit trainers that will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit. Each session is 1 hour long and will be scheduled at your convenience.
