Growing up I always enjoyed working out and playing sports, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I realized I had a true passion for fitness. At the time, I wasn’t really following any specific program, just lifting weights and doing some cardio. I found CrossFit in 2013 at Longhorn CrossFit in Azle, TX. Since then, my outlook on fitness has changed completely. I went from not being mobile enough to overhead squat a PVC pipe, to being able to squat snatch 135lbs! I have fallen in love with the methodology, and believe in the community of CrossFit.

 My goal as your trainer is to educate, guide, and inspire you to become a fitter you! I want my clients to have the knowledge about nutrition, mobility, and proper technique because they are the foundation of a successful path in the journey of fitness. I am here to motivate and challenge you to push yourself past your normal fitness margins, and to be apart of the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of CrossFit!!
